Niseko United

Niseko United is comprised of four ski areas on the same mountain, Niseko Annupuri (1,308m).

Located in Hokkiado in the north of Japan, Niseko Annupuri is a part of the Niseko-Shakotan-Otaru Kaigan Quasi-National Park and is the most eastern park of the Niseko Volcanic Group. Seasonal winds from the Eurasian continent draw up moisture over the Sea of Japan to from snow clouds and in turn some of the driest, lightest powder in the world. With its vast variety of terrain and beautiful winter woods, Niseko offers an unforgettable experience for all levels of skier/snowborder.

Niseko Annupuri is a the quietest of the four resort areas and is where we recommend all of our beginner lessons to start as the slopes are gentle and progressive. This place is a real gem and due to its orientation you may be lucky enough to catch the sunset.

Niseko Village

Niseko Village (Higashiama) is a collection of lodges some of which have a backpackers vibe and a few major hotels including the Hilton. This area has some great terrain and is conveniently located with Annupuri, Hirafu and Niseko Town all within 10 minutes drive.

Niseko Hirafu is the main ski town and the largest ski area of the four. Packed with Bars and restaurants this international bee hive is full of life and western influence. If you like to be in the thick of it then this is the place to be.

Niseko Hanozono is located in between Hirafu and Kutchan a fantastic Japanese town. The ski area comprises of three lifts and at the base is surrounded by a number private lodges. Your best bet is to ski over from Hirafu to enjoy some of the great terrain.
